Why the fukk didn't Santa Clara foul on that last possession before OT? I get it was a big shot but someone's gotta have composure there and make the right play. That Kentucky kid got a really good look at a three there

Might have to make the screen larger but if you watch the sequence, Santa Clara has Timeouts and after they make the 3, their coach tries to call Timeout but chases the wrong ref and ball is in bounds quickly.. Then UK makes three.. Asst comes up to HC saying TO and he just shrugs, too late.. He should of turned to ref on baseline..

Idk if coach was too buried into bench, usually higher near ref by scorers table, maybe just lost in moment and his positioning.. Tough for for the team, everyone should of been on intentional foul tip..

The players should've known the plan before that. They're up 3 they should know that they have to foul.

The coach should've been yelling foul not timeout. You can regroup after the whistle but you can't let them run down and get off a 3.
