Last team to win a natty was Maryland, who won it while still in the ACC. Been 25 years since someone with the Big 10 affiliation touched a chip. It has always been funny to me how ACC and Big 12 football gets the hate of not being a big boy, that should be strictly reserved for Big 10 basketball

OSU ran into that Florida back2back team
MSU ran into 2009 UNC, one of the best CBB teams of all time
Mich lost twice, once Pitino's Louisville who then vacated the title, and then to that Nova team with multiple pros
