Really 3rd party apps update through the play store? didn't know that and I fukk with third party apps I don't remember seeing that

not 3rd party apps, but apps downloaded from 3rd party sites. They still have to be apps that are found in the play store for them to be updated by play. And even then you can download a program like App Update Notifier which will check for updates on all your apps...even 3rd party apps.

Yeah. Once you put the same roms on both phones the S4 is better. More screen, removable battery & it has an sd slot. I only copped the nexus cause i got mad my sd card failed.

Edit: Speaker on the N5 is trash. Screen is way more vibrant on the S4. You can tell the N5 is a low price phone.

What's the easiest way to update my rooted S3? I can't do OTA because it's "modified".

Go over to XDA and manually download the ROM you're on if it's a Stock Rooted one. Don't do download the OTA from your provider

Maybe someone can help me out here, my nexus 4 wont show up on windows 8. When I plug it in, it says USB not recognized. I tried plugging it into my my old laptop running windows 7 and it's not even showing up at all. It used to show up on my windows 7 laptop, could it have something to do with the kitkat update ? Anyone else have this problem ?

I love my S4...I would only get the Note 3 at this point until I see something dynamic to upcede it. I love the fukking screen on the S4. I got 3 or 4SD cards. Probably should of got that $35 dollar 64gb card on Amazon before the price went up. I'm a storage fanatic.

Yeah, side by side the s4's screen shyts on the N5. Open google Play music, you see how vibrant that orange at the top is? On the N5, its like a grayish orange. Putting this shyt on craiglist. I might get a 32gb card, I put all my music in the cloud, so I should be good w/ the 16gb internal.

The music wouldn't even be an issue...I'm always playing catch up on media and shows cause I'm traveling and on the move all week. It would be a detriment to have a phone with no upgradable storage. And I'm ALWAYS using A Downloader to download shyt incredibly fast..so that would be a problematic too.

For me, I cant fukk with those embedded batteries. But for a phone to have embedded batts and no option to expand storage

have ya'll nikkas never downloaded anything from 3rd party sites? I've literally downloaded the pro version of every damn popular app there is...and i don't have to look for another apk to update it. It auto updates thru Play for free. Damn I try and help nikkas eat, and you knock the plate off the table. SMH

i don't think that exists. I haven't been able to find the premium version of Pandora on any 3rd party sites because its billed monthly. Its called Pandora One...apparently its just ad-free and better quality...and more skips (not unlimited). From what I'm reading its how they have their program licensed so it aint gonna happen. I don't really fukk with radio so I aint really looked too hard.

My boy with the sd issues on his S3 hasnt had any more since replacing his card so thats probably all you needed

just copped the G2. diggin it so far. i actually like the buttons on the back
