Mine phone isn't either.
Its on the pulldown when you aren't using some sort of security which is why the lock screen controls don't show up.
That's why I mentioned the password security just moves the controls to the lock screen. Still need to charge my phone to add a password.

copped an s3 little while ago, now just copped a nex 4, see whats that about.
regardless these android devices aint touching the iphone 5, iphone will always be my primary, cop androids on the side to play with when im bored.

im a phone fan, not a stan like yourself. I hope the nexus 4 is better than the iphone, shyt better for me, i just doubt ill like it more. Why would i get nexus 7? thats a tablet
i enjoy messing around with all the phones and just flippin em around on ebay, but i have yet to find to phone better than the 5 imo of course.
i liked the s3 a lot but its not as smooth as ios, so im hoping vanilla android will give me that.

This nikka only claim is android ain't smooth as iOS. nikka what is this 2009? If you were a true fan you'll know android caught up with smoothness with ICS and surpassed iOS with jb's project butter.

when i load up fb or ig, sometimes ill get that initial dropped frame that will never happen with ios. scrolling pages etc is just much quicker on ios.

i like android and you could do more with as for as customization and features, but i just feel ios runs better and does the basic things better. maybe the nex 4 will make me change my mind
i had the first android device, the G1 and then got the nexus one when that dropped too. i dont dislike android just saying what i think
