Download widgetsoid
Go to widgets on your phone
Select widget switcher on your home screen
Add new toogle
Then select wi if hotspot
You will now have that toogle switch on your home screen
Switch it on and you will now be able to use your phone as an hotspot you can change your hotspot name and password

some one help me... I got an HTC one and i'm trying to get the instagram video update but it's showing no update available on google play. I can't see or post videos..Is there something I'm missing ?

Same thing happened to me, got the update, video icon wasn't there
Uninstalled it, reinstall it
Then luckily the update was there
@Doc Vape GS4....lag issue is being addressed but in the meantime turn off window animations
