seems like the biggest advantage will be the better resolution. then again my battery life on my n7 isnt what it used to be so a new one could be refreshing

Wasn't meant to compete at the high end. The problem was not offering the phone low cost off contract and marketing. At $200 flat this phone would have flown off shelves.
I use Nova. I keep piff on my screen too with that launcher.
