When it comes to Mad Max Scherzer, I have a feeling we see one of two things tonight in game 4 (I’m praying for #1):
1. Max Scherzer comes out rested and play like his vintage and we get 6 innings of great play without allowing one run against.
2. Or instead Max continues to look cooked and perform horribly and we get 2 innings of bad play and 7 earned runs against
I don't believe there is an in between here.
I think everyone is feeling the same. He will maybe pitch the best game of his life or the worst.
We all Hope for scenario #1 but expect #2.
