I have some friends that would financially qualify as 'boules'. Some are ego driven and some are not.
They are good people as long as your in the same social-economic sphere or your on the way to attaining this.
Yes they do look down on the 'hood' and l don't know why people deny this.
They were historically the 'leaders' of the black community coming out of the reconstruction era.
I see some posters aspire to join/have relatives in that organization.
Only thing l don't like is that most changes for the black community has come from the street level they look down on.
'Legislative Pressure' and other trickle down tactics don't work at all. The street is where the movements start.
