i havent done any kind of exercise in about 6 months, how can i ease into it again? , my clothes been shrinking![]()
Don't ease into it is my best advice. It's probably a bit easier for me to say since I actually work at a gym. And I'm surrounded by so many motivated and determined individuals who inspire me but prior to working at golds..I never really did excercise. My first week working at golds I worked out like twice then skipped 3 days . Then when I went back I wasn't putting in all I could have. But since then, I been practically going every single day. Sometimes twice.
You need to make a habit of it. When you first start workin out, even if you don't want to..force yourself to. I skipped a day the other day because I worked 4-close (my gym closes at 11 mon-thurs) and I was really busy before work so I couldn't get a work out in (besides some squats on our squat machine) and honestly..it really fukked with me mentally and emotionally. I need that work out daily or it throws me off.
Easing your self into it just leaves space and time for excuses. Go hard or don't do it at all is my best advice.
I've been going hard and its paying off, i really just need to tone, im cool with the bit of ass i required by slacking the past few months
But I'm going back tomorrow.
