Pretty close I'd say. I'm 5'10" 122lbs, she's 5'10" 119lbs and we have the same build. I just want her abs.
Seems awfully light. As long as you're happy and healthy....btw...that username:hhh:

My goal for 2019 is to get back to running 10-15 miles/week at 9 minutes a mile. However my schedule is totally different now. I prefer morning runs but don't have that luxury anymore. When I get off of work I don't have any energy at all! Ladies, how do you manage to workout after using up all your energy to get through the day? :sadbron:

I bring my workout bag with me to work everyday so I don't have an excuse to skip a workout. I generally work out first thing in the morning, but if I can't, I go right after work, even if its for as little as a 30 minute cardio workout.

Wearing long acrylics in the gym is dangerous. Broke my nail in half (real nail too) and it started bleeding profusely.

But in other news, I made it to the gym today. :blessed:

:mjcry: I was going to the gym consistently for two months before this stupid corona:pacspit: shyt shut everything down. I was starting to hit goals and shyt. I was lifting heavier then ever
Now I can’t even muster up the energy to workout at home. At least I’m trying to walk everyday. I’m gonna try really hard to do some weight workouts this coming week.

I was just saying to myself earlier that I’ve put back on everything I’ve lost. And when I get back in the gym I’m gonna have to build my stamina back up... it’s gonna suck but oh well— I’m sure once the gyms open back up everyone will be in there & it’s gonna be packed.

oh well... I’ll get back there sooner or later. I’lol re-claim my Gym Rat status again.

I was hovering around 149-150 pounds for a while and I could not reach 140 or below, despite my best efforts.....until now.

I regularly fast, exercise and eat well, but my weight was stuck at that range. I began taking Himalayan Pink salt, iron, green tea extract (capsules) and niacin, and I have FINALLY hit 140 on the nose. These additions are the only changes that I have made.

Going forward, I am not sure if I should focus solely on cardio or if I should continue strength training as well. I don't want to turn around and gain the weight that I've just lost. I have a plethora of home equipment, but I am back in the gym for the professional machines.

Calisthenics has been my go-to choice of exercise when I am traveling and it works well for me. If I find myself picking up pounds because of exercise/lifting, then I will revert back to calisthenics and/or incorporate running into my regimen. My main goal is trying to reach 135 now.

As far as the supplements, pink salt has minerals that I may have been lacking and it goes hand-in-hand with an uptake in iron. We lose a lot of iron during our cycle, so it most likely helped my body maintain homeostasis, which allowed me to drop weight. Niacin and green tea extract have been shown in studies to reduce visceral fat.

Today I am going to start with the elliptical and go for a swim. After that, I will use the sauna. I might fast today, but if I decide to eat, it will be something very light. I don't have much of an appetite.

I will report back in one month. Hopefully I will have reached the 130s. If not, I will continue to make adjustments from there until I succeed.

I invested in one of them lil steppers I saw on TikTok… I don’t buy it off the tik tok shop cause it’s super sus and gives scammer vibes but I found on Amazon & it’s pretty decent. Is making a difference? Sure. I think my butt is sitting a bit higher :mjlol:
