3. There's not enough time for shades of grey and anyone paying attention to these last three seasons can tell that nuance went out the window a long time ago. At this point the most obvious endings are the safest bet.

I am holding out hope for something a bit "out there" because of the fact that Martin said the showrunners won't drift far from his own ending. Martin don't do cliche endings.. So we'll see..

Cersei has been the clear final boss since the first episode. Some will make the case that it is the white walkers because that was the first scene but the whole first episode really revolved around the Lannisters.. this show has always been about Starks and Lannisters and political positioning.

The reason why the show is so popular is because of the politics, the Night King and the shyt beyond the wall was always the secondary story line.

Now people wanna act like the Lannisters wasn't the A story line?

The fukk? nikka the only thing Cersei gave a fukk about from the jump was protecting her kids, she didn't become a villain until recently. bytch should've seppuku'd herself when the last one did if we keeping it a buck. You nikkas need to stop this revisionist history shyt. The underlying theme throughout the whole damn show has been The throne is irrelevant compared to the impending threat of the dead. They pushed that Winter is Coming, Azor Ahai Lord of Light bullshyt for damn near a decade and then completely shyt on it in the corniest most anticlimactic way imaginable. It's like if Black Widow sniped Thanos right before he grabbed the fifth stone in Infinity War and the Endgame was them going at that blue bytch. I can't believe nikkas are really in here trying to cape for this shyt

This thread is exactly what happens when people get emotionally attached to their own ideas. Prolly been running around for years yapping about their theories to all of their friends and family....acting like they really knew what's what. Then when nothing happened the way they predicted, they feel like some dummies ......this is what happens when you become self absorbed in your own ideas. You start to feel entitled to them and get embarrassed when they don't pan out. That's why it's best to sit back and just let the shyt play out on it's own.

We done seen people come back from the dead. People switching faces. Muthafukkers traveling to different dimensions. All gravy. But let somebody perform a superb long jump and now the show is trash and unrealistic .......GOT's fanbase is fukkin embarrassing sometimes

The WW were always meant to be an afterthought that early in the series....they were only shown sporadically.

I care about every aspect of the show equally.

I care about the WW, but if this is how they end I don't see how anybody (unless they're on some die hard stan shyt) would think this was handled well.

I care about all the treachery and the Iron Throne....but not Cersei. People always thought she was a wack ass character and one of the worst Lannisters. And I don't mean worst like Joffrey, who was a good villain. I mean just flat out not a good character.

So....yeah. They don't seem to be handling either side of the show very well at this point. But I'll give them the benefit of the doubt until I see the finale.

If u can't see how u can't see that Cersei is the most diabolical player on the Chess board. The Night King was smash and take over. Either he wins or dies. His course was inevitable.

Cersei used every major player to get where she is. U guys just wanted to see more killing from the Night King, but to me he served his purpose
