I think Rivers will actually be okay. He's better than Deberg and Testaverde who both did it, I watched Brady literally throw 700+ passes at 44 and 45, and if Flacco can come off the couch and throw for 300+,no reason Rivers can't.

Sit Rivers down and let AR start the last 2 games. He needs to get his shyt together this off season because there’s no reason why he can’t read a damn defense. If Jones beats him out again then ship his goofy ass out.

I get the enthusiam from fans of other teams, Chargers fans, etc.

If something crazy happened like Manning announcing he was going play a few weeks for the Falcons I'd be :gladbron: too for the novelty of it all. But those people are invested in the fukkery of Rivers playing, not the success/failure of Indy as a team.

The "worst" thing is, Indy is mathematically still alive but not realistically. So there's every incentive to continue this vs Jax and Texans.

I wouldn't be surprised if Indy beats the Jags next week just to keep the fukkery alive. Especially if Texans lose on Saturday.

Then wouldn't be surprised to see the entire Texans defense arrested for elder abuse after the final game. :damn:

Maybe it's always been the case, or it's people feeling pressure with Pierce's conttract expiring but...

Feels great to see my dislike of Mid Pittman Jr finally becoming more widespread.

Perfect example of a guy with a high cap number who does not meaningfully impact Indy's chances of winning. Not a real WR1, he's like a guy averaging a lot of shots on a bad NBA team. Except he doesn't even put up numbers.

This guy's best season is 1100 yards, 4 TDs on 156 targets. He needs to give it up and become a tight end. :camby:

We weren't even in a win and in situation and we still choked it away :mjlol:

Something about this franchise needs to change, and it's definitely Ballard. Granted, Jones injury is really what did us in. But bringing in Rivers out of retirement, and failing despite him playing well, is an indictment on this team. We will most likely be running it back next season and failing again, so I'm just wasting my time writing this out.
