For someone who got his powers faster than Mark and couldn’t help but be hard-headed all season long, I’m glad the show managed to give Oliver a massive reality check with Conquest. Really thought they were gonna go there for a sec. Spitting out your teeth and nearly your whole blood supply is one thing, nearly getting ripped in half is another.

Finale was heat tho. No bullshyt fluff to start the finale. Nope, we’re going straight into the fukkery from where we last left off and cutting no corners with the brutality.

The way this show can hit you with a legendary boss encounter outta the nekkid blue sky is

Even tho the animation is shoddy af at times this storytelling is PIFF. This might be my favorite perspective of the Superman-like hero

This just reminded me of the biggest suspension of disbelief for this show and many other superhero stories

I def think they can turn this into a whole movie verse like marvel.
- they would have to turn the violence down for the movies tho. Which could ruin the grimey aspect of the story

Lowkey show Conquest is more humane than comic Conquest. In the comics he just want problems. I don't recall the comic giving him much of a pov about what's happening. There was no need to justify his actions although I like the context. I wonder how they're going to justify Anissa. Anissa is borderline Drago's wife from Rocky, but speaks more.

Conquest was yapping way too much to not really be saying shyt. Oliver went from aging everyday to not aging at all. Pretty good finale, but I'd say the seasons need more episodes but then we'd probably have to wait 5 years. Just way too much happening at one time. In the last 15 seconds of the show they set up 3-4 things.
