US expects attacks from Iran in two days – Reuters​

The United States assesses that Iran could carry out retaliatory attacks targeting American forces in the Middle East soon, Reuters reported, citing two US officials.

One of the officials, who spoke to Reuters on condition of anonymity, said Iran's retaliatory attack could happen within the next day or two.

The report added that the US is still seeking a diplomatic resolution that would see Tehran forgo any attack.

Iran has threatened to retaliate after US bombed its nuclear sites over the weekend.

For sure. Thanks for adding the nuance. The point is that Iran isn’t lining the streets with bearded scowling men acting as religious police completely depressing the rights of Iranian women. The West, and the USA in particular, likes to demonize its enemies in a way as to render them subhuman, morally inferior, savage, etc. to justify its world policing which is less about saving other countries from injustice and more about maintaining Western hegemony and economic dominance. So a lot of people fall for it hook line and sinker like the mfer I quoted and a few others.

That isn’t to say Iran or other parts of the Middle East are perfect, but they’re definitely being framed incorrectly for nefarious reasons.
