The tutorial for this shyt is stupid trash also.

Live run is pretty much unplayable wit the crazy lag and jump shot timings are off.

And visually the game is doo doo but its definitely got its bright spots. 2k and EA just need to collab for the games since where 2k is weak, live is strong and vice versa .

Live gets u stuck in animations that u can't cancel out of. Can u even change yo shot at the rim?

Tapping turbo cancels, and you can change shots at the rim.

I give this game a C+. I don't like the shooting at all. Only person I'm good with as far as shooting is KD. That opening Drew League game I went 5-5 from 3 with him, contested shots & all.

That my player mode was ok. It was a blatant 2k rip off. The first take commentary added a cool touch.

I'm not seeing what people are complaining about. This game is sim as fukk. Calling plays and knocking down a shot off a screen is satisfying. People keep saying it's clunky when their ass can't play angles and take advantage of what the defense gives them

I did like what i saw of the ai on defense.

I'm still having fun with this and I'm gonna buy it over 2k this year. I haven't had fun with 2k in like two or three years and have just been buying it out of habit.

The game plays better if you up the speed a bit, the default setting's too slow.

You can't lol, at least not in the demo.

How fast u think they should move like sonic getting hoop rings or crazy taxi speeds running thru the lane crashing down phone polls lol this game is horrible for a simulation basketball game
It's great if all u want is a 5on5 nba jam arcade
But it's not realistically enough to be serious

Anybody who knows me knows I fukking hate EA with a passion but I've been running with my brother on the streets and I done messed around and created a old school player! I'm going to perfect this character hopefully they add more old school items so he can look the part and I'm streaming the fukk out of this game in character. (start from the 35 min mark)

shyt trash for what it's trying to be and which is sim. It could only be fun if u treat it like NBA jam or street. But if u are someone who prefers their hoops game to mirror the actual product. this game is losing 100 to 10 to 2K. Sig shots from 2K on PS2 look just as good as this game and that's not a troll. Dudes been saying since 14 in 2 or 3 years. shyt not happening. EA devs can't fukk with 2K on the hoops tip

From a sim standpoint 2k isn't far above this game either... and that's a bad thing

I scored 60 puts wit Kyrie on superstar. Didn't start getting doubled until I scored 40. Live is not in the same realm of realism as 2K. U can't even take a charge outside to paint it seem like

And I average 28 and shoot 67% from the field with Lebron in superstar while averaging 20 min in 2k. My definition on sim is solely based on how the plays run. How the CPU runs the break. How players defend, move through screens around screens, Players reactions, How the ball is stolen and blocked, How the players react when the ball is stolen and blocked, What happen during play breakdowns, footplanting, consistency in animations and gameplay including much much more. And 2k is low tier in all of this. shyt it seems like live actually got a few of these things down pack. 2k is simply a Ferrari body kit with a Mitsubishi engine. Live isn't that great either but the core is there, which 2k lacks with the horrid engine they use
