fukk man we need more of these dudes.. I remember y'all ain't want Shaq but he brings more comedy
Still would rather have Chris Webber on there. Webber knows what he's talking about, doesn't mumble, doesn't try to force corny comedy bits, his analysis of highlights isn't just yelling couple of phrases over and over again, knows his place on the panel, lets Kenny and Charles cook and then when there's an opening drops a line. His only comeback to every joke is not "well I have a ring, show me your ring".
Just look at that video of Charles discussing Barnes' tweets. Shaq has 5 minutes to gather his thoughts but then just mumbles a sentance.

Yeah, Skeets (not his real name, I think) was the OG writer on BDL, but at the same time he was hosting a video podcast in his apartment called The Basketball Jones with Tas Melas. Skeets left BDL when that podcast got turned into a Canadian TV show. His replacement at BDL was Trey Kerby, who joined Skeets and Melas a year later. When NBA TV signed them they had to change the name of the show to The Starters
They're not always my bad, but I respect their hustle turning that podcast into a seven figure deal with NBA TV.
