How do you guys get any work done in Ramadan? I'm trying to study while fasting and nothings registering fast enough.

Have you tried eating some oats? Honestly, I haven't felt hungry at all during these fasts because of it. I'm never even a rush to eat Iftar. Masha'Allah.

No cooking involved: put some oats in a (mason) jar, add (grass-fed) milk and leave in the the fridge for at least 4 hours (I make it a day ahead). When you're ready to eat, just add some honey and fresh fruits.

Cornflakes is nothing more than a simple carb with a high glycemic index; you can't compare the two. Oats/oatmeal high in fibre (which keeps you full for long periods of time) and other essential nutrients. Make sure it eat with organic whole milk, grassfed/pasture raised if possible.
