Ramadan Mubarak, brothers and sisters. May we all strengthen our deen over the next month and may it bring us increased focus, peace, gratitude, health, and reflection, Insha Allah. Make sure you're drinking plenty of water at night, not just for Suhoor. Try your best to keep your mind from wandering during the day, it's damn near impossible these days with all the distractions we have, but do your best to remember why you're fasting in the first place and that will ease some of the temptations we all get throughout the day. I love you all, let's do this. Take it one day at a time and by the end hopefully we're all much better people and can use this month as a building block to improve moving forward.
