With protein shake
At the gym now till 11am...then taraweeh prayer til 12
Go home shower ..going to a pub with a co worker for bday celebration all white ppl even scheme

Then come home at 2...eat wait till fajar
Wake up at 8 and go to work

Post iftar is better breh just have a light iftar.
