I've been look for something in the bay area and for 150k you get a fukking shyt hole
150? you might be able to get a crack house in stockton for 150 here
i dont think a 150k house exists in the immediate bay areaand with investors swoopin in on the lowest priced homes with CASH, us regular buyers are sht out of luck

what's the rent like for houses like these in these cities?
like one of these 160k houses with 700$/month mortgage payments, what could a house like that be rented out for?
In a place like Raleigh, NC where you have the colleges nearby and military folks you can easily request $1100 a month.

im talking about cost of living breh, any of those houses above will run a minimum of 600k here and that's a low conservative amount in shtty suburbs

Really everything you could ask for. If you love basketball you are in the mecca. If you love outdoors, beaches and mountains available. If you want to travel hit 95 and be anywhere within a day. My only gripe about the DMV area. It's stupid expensive. I'm in the business of affordable. Not killing myself to pay mortgage every month and renting is wack. I'm making somebody else rich.
