Lame suburban houses

Bad architecure and wack locations... beyond me why anyone would want to live in them

:manny: Your opinion.

Any good deals in charleston SC bruh? I'm sure it's more expensive there. Nothing too far from the coast.

I got ya breh. Charleston, SC is a great place. I will post more later today.

Are these places in good areas? I mean i pay more than double for my studio in NYC and i live in a "good area":mjpls: but looking at those prices have me thinking, :ohhh:, on 80K salary could you live okay in NC? i Just want to live where there is no non sense.

80k salary in NC? :myman: :cook: :eat:..Like I said most of these are already listed homes. You can get in new construction and developments under 200K. You really can't beat that. You also got to understand crime ain't like that out here. You aren't living right on top of people.

:lawd: Really everything you could ask for. If you love basketball you are in the mecca. If you love outdoors, beaches and mountains available. If you want to travel hit 95 and be anywhere within a day.

My only gripe about the DMV area. It's stupid expensive. I'm in the business of affordable. Not killing myself to pay mortgage every month and renting is wack. I'm making somebody else rich. :shaq2:

Not to mention the bytchES in Raleigh. ANY GOD DAMN FLAVOR you want. I swear to god my cousins from up top be losin their minds when we hit up Raleigh:lawd:

@50CentStan I don't know what your price range is, but for Charleston, SC I put 175-250K. Access to the beach and coastline, that's prime real estate. $176K will put you in new construction.

My thing is dudes never follow through with sh1t like this for some reason. I used to try to put some of dudes on game that are just your average run of the mill hard working dudes and they get all excited but never do sh1t. It's like :why: dude save up for a few months and get on this real estate sh1t with me but niccas come up with the dumbest sh1t to blow money on. I even told a couple of them I would go half, just to get them motivated and :manny:.... I'm done with my rant...

@MikeBrownsJob I meant 400-600k which is like the average home price in the suburbs up north

:win:

If you are really in the market for this type of home, you really can request just about anything. My home is in that price range and I have my initials engraved into my driveway. I'm in a new development as well.

Again for a guy like you who is used to a certain amount of diversity I would look into the Orlando area. Winter Park is a great way for that price range and offers a feeling of exclusivity as well.

Yep and even just getting them to buy a home for themselves. Having a home that you are not renting and knowing you got a stupid deal makes you feel great and makes your whole aura dope. I closed on my first house at 23 and I been on a winning streak since.

Not everybody is at the same station in life. The trick is getting around those who are.
