Should be 9-0 but Alito, Gorsech, Roberts and Brett Budweiser all raised concerns that leads to the possibly that they throw this case back to the District court to sort out what Trump actions were private, personal duties and what actions were representing the Office of the President. Actions that would probably be considered protected.
That would guarantee this doesn't go to trial before the election.
On top of that Trump could appeal whatever comes out of that to the Appeals Court, then appeal again to the Supreme Court.
Hoping this doesn't happen.
