What do you think that the W's min and max salary should be?The W still has near peers though. There has to be zero doubt in a players mind to want to go to the W. If the pay is similar, benefits are similar or even better elsewhere, and the schedule not as grueling?
Outside of straight up not making the roster, there shouldn't be any reason a player should mull over the idea of playing in the W or going overseas/third party league.
Then the salary range is low too. Worst player in the league only making 4x less than the best in base salary? There is a whole lot of egos in sports, and I promise you that ain't gonna sit right with a couple of chicks
