Agreed, except, I'd allow the mother and father to sign a document waiving the paternity test if they so choose (in which case he loses the right to fight paternity later). I'm generally against the government forcing us to buy shyt and collecting DNA databases against our will.

I usually feel no sympathy for guys who get this revelation when the child is like ten years old. You've been playing daddy for ten years, it's unfair to the child to just leave them hanging because you didn't do your due diligence. If you hadn't been posing as the father perhaps the real father could be identified. And even if the real father can be identified ten years later, that's an unfair financial bombshell to drop on him at that point. 3 years later is tough, but that OK allows two years is reasonable enough.

This is a problem I have with marriage.....

I've read that in many areas if you're married and your wife cheats and has a baby by the side dude.....you're still the legal father due to the marriage ......so basically a hoe can marry a simp, get pregnant with another nikka's baby and automatically have the simp legally bound to pay child support for that child

Although I've also read that a way out of this is if the simp immediately DNA tests the baby after birth and doesn't show any history of acting as the father before doing it (providing food for the baby, paying bills, etc). So in other words in order to safeguard yourself as a man.......even if your wife of several years comes to you like "Honey, I'm pregnant! We gonna have a third child! ", you gotta hit her with the "You know the routine, bytch....we don't have shyt until them test results come in "
