IF he did come to LAL he'd need to be cool with the possibility to come off the bench. I dont know what the big deal is. Its a status thing with him because in OKC he was the first starter to the bench and he played the least minutes out of the Big 3. He would be getting close to the same amount of minutes coming off the bench...so minutes isnt the issue. Its his unwillingness to be what a team needs him to be.

For the record I think his demise is exaggerated. He was better earlier in the season then when they moved him off ball he was worse. Its hard for him to adapt to being an off-ball player, but he has to be in order to truly be an asset and not a liability at this point in his career.
