I hope y'all play Iggy next season.
He had no burn all yearI hope y'all play Iggy next season.
I actually think he can contribute to this team.
This video highlighted the biggest issue with the Knicks swinging hard in FA every year: no star wants to join a team with an empty plate, even if it's New York. KD and Kyrie proved that last year, LeBron and Bosh snubbed them in 2010, and who knows how many other stars looked at NY and went nope. This team has zero continuity or culture and it's a media headache. Why would you want to come here when you can go to Miami and play for Pat and Spo, or either of the LA teams that have prestige running in their veins (Doc / West, Buss / Magic when Bron signed), or Brooklyn who's in the NYC market and has stayed competitive with less, or Toronto and GSW who are poised to accommodate a star and make another Finals run?
I don't want to hear about the Knicks trying to get star players right now, they need to focus on building a winning culture from the ground up, maintaining some continuity in the coaching staff and front office, and handing out smart contracts to great vets who can help you win games. I guarantee you that's a faster track to the playoffs and FA success than years of tanking because with New York all you need is 1/2 years of winning. Brooklyn literally showed the blueprint last year. This year's pool of FAs is very low/medium-heavy: Dragic, FVV, Gallo, Millsap, Ibaka, Favors, Harkless, Bogdan, Augustin, Bertans, Crowder, etc. I want to target a couple of those guys on nothing longer than 2/3 year deals or over 15-20 a year.
What do you think his ideal weight will be in his prime? That 6'7 220 lb. tank is not a SG![]()
I mean... Technically he's not killing anything. I just like that he's working on driving to the hoop and finishing. One of the tweets in the thread I agree with also. He needs to be working on his 3 and showing thatNot to piss y'all off, but when y'all see these clips, doesn't it piss you off more than it brings you hope?
Workout clips are like when a wack rapper kills a freestyle only for the album to be underwhelming.
230, like a taller leaner Harden. What do you think his ideal weight will be in his prime?
I predict 230
His offense is stiff and passive.I mean... Technically he's not killing anything. I just like that he's working on driving to the hoop and finishing. One of the tweets in the thread I agree with also. He needs to be working on his 3 and showing that
I like this video if it translates to Frank actually being aggressive with the ball this season Frank’s biggest issue to me is he’s not a good enough distributor to be as passive as he is he needs to show the other team he can and will attempt to score even if it’s rondo style of attacking the basket in transition or something . If teams have to at least show him some respect offensively that opens up so much more for the RJ Mitch with lobs etcI mean... Technically he's not killing anything. I just like that he's working on driving to the hoop and finishing. One of the tweets in the thread I agree with also. He needs to be working on his 3 and showing that
Eh? These are cool when you get to see them use the things/moves they worked on in these videos bear out in the season. I think last summer that dribble into the pull up elbow jumper was something we saw in the summer workout videos and it became a money shot for frank during the last season. Not to piss y'all off, but when y'all see these clips, doesn't it piss you off more than it brings you hope?
