I didn't like Marbury or Thomas as coach. There's times where I was so disappointed in this team, I had to jump ship. I'll probably say Nate Robinson was my last good favorite Knicks point guard.
that team was an diaster in itself
but there was no denying steph was a 10 top point guard

I'd take that risk...the FA class isn't great any way and the salary cap might not be as high as original projections. I wrote off RFA's last year and then Malcolm Brogdon shook loose to Indy.

I feel you, I’m sure we’ll gauge his availability. But Brogdon was a financial decision. Don’t think the Pels have money issues.

Raleigh by way of Crooklyn
Yeah, I've already started become ambivalent about watching this team. Heck, I even watched a good part of the Nets game last night. Side - those BKLYN graffiti jerseys were fire.

I'm going to be going to a good amount of UNC games this year to watch Cole Anthony and visualize him running point for us next year.

It’s crazy to me how good Malcolm Brogdon has been.

In FA, Brogdon and Marcus Morris were my favorite targets. Malcolm has actually been able to handle the PG duties pretty nicely wish we had him. :mjcry:

He’s putting up 23/5/10, I didn’t think he would be this good playing at the point.

I did. He was who I hoped we were gunning for as well as Morris this summer. I think Morris is good but he's playing the wrong position for his size. He can outmatch a lot of power forwards in strength and speed. SF isn't good for him. Randle can play center behind Mitch.

:scust: those grey Nets jerseys look like they bought them on sale at the V.I.M. store

Could have been Brogdon/Barrett/Knox/Morris/Mitch
Excellent defense and offense

The only bright side to this most likely dumpster of a season is

1. G League Coach of the Year Mike Miller becoming head coach
2. Knicks getting a high draft pick

Have you seen Wiseman tonight? Absolutely dominant on both ends. Had 20 points and 4 boards in the 1st half

Imagine Frank or DSJ/Barrett/Knox/Wiseman/Mitch?

If Knicks can't get Wiseman then definitely a PG like Cole Anthony, RJ Hampton, or Lamelo Ball
Anthony or RJ or LaMelo/RJ/Knox/Morris/Mitch next year?

Hilarious how Knicks are currently Phil Jackson's dream (RJ, Frank, Mitch, Knox, potentially Wiseman) :dead:

What do you guys think about Anthony Edwards as the Knicks future PG?

He's 6'5 and Edwards himself said he considers himself a PG

Star Georgia freshman Anthony Edwards embracing point guard role

They're playing him at PG this season and I think it could work next to RJ

Edwards will obviously be a top 5 pick

His jump shot is effortless and he has good athleticism

Edwards/RJ/Knox/Morris or someone else/Mitch (hoping Randle is traded)

Frank as backup lock down defender PG off the bench

Edwards/RJ could be an explosive tall back court
