And Julius Randle was a point forward for the Lakers bruh.

Yes. During the '17 season the Lakers often used him as a point big man. For as long as I've been watching him Randle has been bringing up the ball and pushing off rebounds. Out of college some people believed his ceiling was Chris Webber.

If you watched basketball around the league you'd know the Lakers under Luke Walton were running a lot of Warriors plays. Randle was tasked with doing a lot of the things Draymond Green did and KCP used to have similar actions to Klay Thompson. Randle played a lot of small ball 5 that season.

This is nothing new but you Fiz scapegoaters keep on tryna make it seem like Fiz pulled out Randle being a point forward out of his ass... :snoop:

He was also using the pick n roll a lot and passing the ball outside of the perimeter instead of pushing to the rim doing crossovers because of the coaching. Noone should ever allow a power forward to drive to the lane on 3 defenders when other teammates wide open. The offensive plays in that video were not the ones used in Fizdales tenure as a coach.

Everything Julius is doing now forcing drives on multiple defenders and doing bone headed shyt in general he was doing then as well.

Those Lakers weren’t good.

Randle specifically worked on the step back and other isolation moves all offseason with the hopes of utilizing them as a number one option this year.

This is who Julius Randle is. One minute is why does dumb ass Fiz have Randle playing point forward then you get to Juelz’ing when evidence is shown to you.

Fam hes what 19? and it hasn't even been half of the season yet. Hes going to look like this at this point
But a coaches job is to make a player better by instilling them of what errors to not do. Pulling these guys to the side and telling them to share the ball and look for open players won't hinder them. Benching them for having tunnel vision won't either.

Lol you nikkas man

You think Fiz hasn’t called out R.J. on shyt? R.J.’s flaws aren’t just going to disappear in many instances a players flaws follow them their entire careers.

God forbid Fiz benched R.J. and played someone like Wayne Ellington you mothafukkas would have been fuming at him.

:dead:

Y’all gonna keep thinking coaches are players daddies and can make magic out of shyt :bryan:

The reason Mario Hezonja runs point in Portland is because apparent bad habits established by David Fizdale (apparently Hezonja ain’t a grown ass 25 year old pro ball player with a mind of his own)

Not because of Portland’s coaching staff

Not because it’s always been a part of his game

But because of David fukking Fizdale :bryan:

With all the issues I had with Fizdale, I never once rooted for that man to lose... in fact, it is well documented in this thread about all the money I’ve lost this season betting on him to win.

The idea that there might be Knicks’ “fans” in here praying for Mike Miller to fail just to prop up Fizdale is just

:scust:

If you’re a true fan, you should be praying that Fizdale was in fact the problem and that this team turns it around under new coaching...but instead I’m seeing a lot of “I told you so”s on deck...

This is what bad coaching produces.

Facts! When I seent RJ Barret ignore all of his teammates, isolation drive into traffic, damn near lose the ball, and then miss a bad shot a la Julius Randle, I knew this guy had to fukking go. It's not about wins and losses, it's about coaching fukking up your future

so wait, so now portland has a bad coach? the same coach who just went to the western conference finals and won 2 straight series as a underdog:dead:
