I’m in quarantine for the next 14 days. I got tested and the results will take up to 5 business days. I have most of the symptoms, chills, fever, fatigue, diarrhea, dry mouth and cough, nausea and shortness of breath when doing simple task like walking up the stairs. It feels like I just finished working out I’m breathing so heavy. I’m also developing a headache, and a loss of appetite. I only feel like drinking warm water, because if I drink cold fluids I will develop a severe cough.

Stay safe brehs.
Any idea how you got it

I’m pretty sure from my job. They had two cases in back to back weeks. They closed down for a couple of hours to have a crew disinfect the place. I heard each time they come it cost $25000. I know they had at least 4 cases this year where they had to clean the office. I’m also a LTL truck driver and I travel to different cities every night and interact with drivers from all over.

Walking downstairs is a chore because I feel heavy foot and I have to brace myself so I don’t fall. Getting back up is even harder. My family told me not to lay down all day and try to sit up. I have a couch in my bedroom so I rotate from the bed to the couch to keep me moving.

If you have West Indian parents they will have you trying a lot of different remedies. The loss of appetite is real. I only ate oranges and grape fruit since Saturday. I’m trying to drink fluids because last night I was waking up with my lips being so chapped I have to keep a couple of bottled water by the bed.
