This is why I think Frank's ceiling on this team might be defensive special backup PG off the bench or being included in a trade
All he will need to do is hit the open 3 and make his shots when the opportunity arises and he will stay in the NBA w/ that defense

Maybe you should stick to box score watching instead of commenting on sports. Majority of White's points came in the fourth quarter. First 9 points he scored occurred while Frank wasn't even on the fukking court. Those first 9 points were scored within the first 2 minutes of the fourth quarter.

Tell me how you gonna shade Frank's defense for nikkas scoring when he's not even in the game moron?

If you would’ve watched the game you would’ve known they played zone defense. This requires high iq players for it to work. Having DSJ and trier out there while running zone isn’t gonna work and on top of that Portis was in that lineup. I do admit that Zach lavine blew by Frank twice but for the time he was out there with taj/Morris/RJ the defense kept us in the game.

As far as coby white going off this started when our defensive minded players were on the bench. By the time they came back in offense resorted to hero ball.

At least DSJ has reasons to have stans, he was legit in college and was a human highlight reel. Y’all didn’t even know who Frank was prior to the draft and secondly his highlights consist of cutting guys off the baseline and getting out of the way. I legit don’t know why y’all go so hard for him. It’s not like his defensive impact is game changing, ok y’all lose by 30 instead of 35 without him. Actually I’ll just give DSJ the benefit of the doubt and say he scores more than 5 points as a starter so it evens out

In theory the zone was a good idea. The Bulls are not a good 3 point shooting team this year. But as you noted, zone defense requires high iq players and asking Kevin Knox, Allonzo Trier, and Dennis Smith Jr to play zone while Coby White was on the court was probably the stupidest thing Fiz did all night.
