Nope. As much as my Fellow Heat fans think i'm a Winslow hater i wouldnt give him up for just anything. A 1st might be worth it IF and ONLY IF our scouts see someone they really really like.

Bam Adebayo AND Tyler Herro are both proving all the Heat fans that yapped when the team picked them wrong. + We got lucky with Kendrick Nunn being a baller that slipped thought the cracks just as Whiteside did. Duncan Robinson has always been about that life. He's just now getting more minutes to show his range. All Jimmy has to do is be a closer.

Adebayo could be an all-star reserve this year. I see why Riley compared him to Shawn Kemp when they made the pick. And Herro is looking like he'll be a star so far.The kid si fearless.

But i like Barrett's game tho. I havent seen enough of him but still like what i've seen.
Also, Spoelstra is a top 5 coach. Cause that MATTERS

How the fukk the heat playing so well?!:dahell: It’s like a bunch of role players clicking on all cylinders.
Y'all gotta watch more ball around the league and keep up with the college game a lil

Bam ain't a role player. He's a legit two way point center.

Kendrick Nunn was a diamond in the rough they found. He played with Jabari Parker at Simeon and his college career got derailed by a battery case he caught. He's getting his chance at 24 and he is legit, an actual dog.

Duncan Robinson is a guy who shot 45% 3PT in his career at Michigan. An underrated sleeper they got undrafted he has the green light to take threes and is shooting the lights out.

Jimmy Butler has been a fringe top 10 player for years now. They got Dragic in a 6th Man role, Herro is a fukking bucket as a rookie his confidence is off the charts, two stretch bigs in Olynyk and Leonard, Winslow been out but he's recharged in that point forward role.

Miami got a nice lil team. Miami has a good culture established top down from ownership with Mickey Arison, down to Pat Riley, down to Erik Spoelstra. There's a sense of accountability there you won't play if you don't take fitness serious or if you're a fukk up on the court. They refuse to tank as they rebuilt the team once LeBron left. They're not with that losing shyt. Some see it as treadmilling others see it as continuing a winning culture. This is the type of environment Fiz came from.

Just because Fiz came from that culture doesn't mean he's good at instilling it
There was no offense here except for feed Randle or Morris and stand in the corner
or hand offs into oblivion from the 3pt line
His defensive scheme was also retarded
Even w/ that, he had no chance with this dumpster fire team
Problem is, he showed he doesn't know how to utilize talent to its maximum
I've seen more sensible defensive schemes and an actual offensive system (his downhil offense) w/ Miller
If there were more shooters on this team providing better spacing it would look even better and RJ wouldn't have a nose dive in production and would be looking like the #3 pick again

He didn't have the pieces to instill a strong offensive system here.

I don't think his defensive scheme was retarded the NBA is a switch heavy league now the personnel just sucks. He came from a Miami team that was heavy on switching and trapping and playing small and versatile. His defense in Memphis also ranked 7th in his first season there.

Miller was also an assistant on this team and had a say in what we were doing when Fiz was here. These assistants are more important and do more work than y'all think.

Fiz at the very least even if not an X's and O's genius is a respected coach and at least league average.

Anyway I don't know why Fiz was fired. This team sucks might as well have kept him until the end of the season. Also a system and culture takes time to establish. Fiz wasn't here long enough and didn't have enough roster continuity. I don't care what ya say dude got dealt a bad hand, got scapegoated, and fukked over. Now we paying the guy to sit at home.

First Bold:

Fiz couldn't install an offensive system because he didn't have one

Second Bold:

This personnel is not built to play that kind of defense but Fiz couldn't adjust
How the fukk do you play zone against the #1 3pt road shooting team?
That's how retarded Fiz was
He was very stubborn

Last Bold:

And for the last in bold, based on your old posts and your own words, you know exactly why :comeon:

So they reporting the Knicks are considering Jeff Van Gundy, Mark Jackson, and Tom Thibodeau. :bryan:

Like I've said before an organization perpetually stuck in the past. :wow:

Jeff Van Gundy the ex head coach of the old rugged beloved Knick the New Yorker, Mark Jackson the ex Knicks the floor general the New Yorker, Tom Thibodeau the former long time Knicks assistant.

The personnel is not built to play any kind of defense. The zone was an actual adjustment that worked in spurts and didn't in others. Spurs are a low volume three point shooting team regardless of that goofy ass road 3PT% stat.

Also the personnel may not be built to play that kind of defense but that doesn't mean that the defense itself is ineffective.

You nikkas clowns for holding words from the summer against me when I was just being optimistic. :trash:

It should have been Mills and Perry fired not Fizdale. Fizdale should have at least survived the season and then had future management evaluate him and create a vision and get on the same page. It doesn't make sense to being paying all these coaches to sit on their ass at home.

you know fiz came here to coach kp and they traded him 4 months later.
you know he had to coach 2 completely different teams within the same season (pre kp trade and post kp trade).
you know the team we currently have is vastly different than the one we that we had to finish the last season

thats 3 different teams da guy coached in less than a year. roughly 4 months for each team:laff:

how was he supposed to succeed:laff:
