I hear what you are saying, but being standoffish or sometime-y doesn't necessarily make someone a c-word.

I don't know the particulars of your work environment, but some companies frown upon managers fraternizing with subordinates. Some companies have rules against it.

Also, dude could have had bad past experiences kee-kee'n with nikkas only to end up being told on or being asked for breh favors that may have jeopardized his livelihood..

So, I can't say that you are wrong, but I can't give that person that c-word tile either. He is straddling the fence on this one.

But, fukk it! I say deal with him how he wanna be dealt with! He ain't giving out any favors, so don't you give him any favors!

I seen this Uncle Tom ass nikka on the site for a couple months. When he 1st got here and till this day he’s very stand-offish. Won’t come around and speak to the brothers at all cause he’s a project manager so technically he doesn’t have to. But black faces are rare out here. This site has about 12-15 out of 150.
