Pusha's last verse though

I move 'caine like a cripple
Balance weight through the hood
Kids call me Mr. Sniffles, other hand on my nickel
Plated whistle, one eye closed I'll hit you
As if I was Slick Rick my aim is still an issue
Lose your soul in whichever palm I'm holdin'
One'll leave you frozen, the other, noddin' and dozin', I'm grindin' Jack

:pushalawd:

The remixes weren't bad either.

I remember when that joint was on TV and radio all the time and shooting up the charts, didn't make sense with those bars and that beat :mjcry:
Then just after the summer Birdman went and got the continuation with What happened to that boy. :mjcry:

Good times

Such a glorious but simple beat.
Minimalistic beats are probably some of the hardest beats to make

Y'all gonna think I'm crazy... and I preface this statement by saying Grindin' is an AMAZING beat...

But give me Hot Damn any day if we're talking Clipse. I'm a sucker for those minor key, head-nod beats :hubie:

Not to mention it's perfect to freestyle over high as fukk :mjlit:

The beat off "I'm Not You" also severely underrated :whew:

Not to mention the bars :wow:

I still remember watching Rap City hearing the Hood Hop beat for the first time
:ohhh::whoo::whew:
Producers TrakBoys in Scatch Magazine said their secret was that they used a cardboard box (by hitting it?) to get the bass drum to sound like that for "Hood Hop" and "Get Tipsy".
