You're comparing a startup company with no capital to an established NBA team with tv contracts. This same startup also got the on shark tank.

QBC ventures was one of 20 firms that actually FUNDED thier operations. It's safe to say they own more than .006% of this startup (that was Jay's ownership percentage of the nets).

I'd guess they netted between $50-$150 million from this acquisition.
