I answered these questions. I don't know much about Dave East and I don't know anything about Mass Appeal. I'm a fan of the music, not the music business.
I'll give you your point about that next Nas album though

Why do y'all consistentally downplay how powerful Ether was when ‪the fact that he survived what would have ended most careers is a testament to Jay's greatness? It's his only L in a pretty flawless career. Embrace that shyt. Don't make up lies/irrelevant shyt like Takeover is a better song and beat or that Ether was all lies.

Last I checked, Jay had 2 L's. Word to Todd Smith.

When is Nas new album coming out? How's Dave East doing? What's that Mass Appeal roster looking like? It's cool that ya'll have this one day a year to reflect on something that happened almost 2 decades ago but the reality is Nas hasn't really done shyt since then. Bevel and LIG? What else?

He won an Emmy
He had a Harvard Fellowship named after him
He had a documentary released about his debut album which currently sits at 100% on RT
He serves as an Executive Producer on the Netflix series The Get Down, he also wrote the main character's lyrics
He helped found Queensbridge Venture partners which has invested in over 150 companies
Dave East just signed with Def Jam
Run The Jewels will be dropping RTJ3 via Mass Appeal on January 13th

Nas has been really busy expanded his empire:
Nas co-owns Sweet Chicks Restuarant , Catch Restuarant and The Parlor Sports Bar of Hollywood. He is owner of 12AM Run Sneaker Boutique . He has a mutimillion dollar deal with Nike for their NYMade Campaign
and he is Ebony Magazine's 100 most POWERFUL/INFLUENTIAL people 2016
. His company Mass Appeal will be producing shows for TBS & TNT , he is producing and acting in the movie Monster and producing countless other movies and documentaries for Netflix and the big screen. He is also producing/scoring music for his movies & shows. These are just a few things Nas is currently/actively involved with. It would take up to much time for me to tell you "What else?" Nas is doing, so I'll just leave it at these ventures.
