hit 2 plates for couple reps but i'll be damned if i'm doing that on a regular
pull ups/muscle ups i'm game though

nikka, there’s a gym like every 5 miles in any city I’ve been to recently. On top of those with benches at home…Most the world doesn't have access to a bench press to get the reps in to hit that. The number is probably higher in areas with readily available gyms. 2 plates is literally just a year or two of practicing your bench press 2-3x's a week
mine is 285.. workin up to 300..315 is my 1 rep max

You know 99.9% of the coli doesn't lift like that and won't ever provide receipts. Assume if you don't see them in the other thread like that, or The Gym section in general, they're keyboard CrossFitters and don't actually exercise.
