You didn't say who the game should be geared to. I have every game on this list and they are all at least good.

1. Skype...... Do you literally believe there won't be video chat on the PS4? Heck, they have it right now on the PS3 & PS Vita. As for what App handles Video Chat, Skype is already on the PS Vita. And it's in Skype's best interest to be on the PS4 instead of letting a competitor like "Google Hangouts" take that marketshare on the PS4.

2. app switching snap-in.......PS4 already has that. Forgodssake the OS takes up at least 2.5GB of RAM & 2 CPU cores during games.

3. TV ........HDMI-in is a redundant/irrelevant feature if the consoles have live-TV cable-provider apps that you can find on iOS, Android, Ruku, AppleTV, & etc. devices.

Parents with kids don't typically but new consoles at launch. It's usually enthusiasts.
