i've been a fan since psone ... has given me great gaming moments so they have earned my money. Now if they had come out and be all xbox like before the policy change, i would have been like

Yeah, but the amount RAM starts adding up if you're going be multi-tasking & running apps/programs in the background on any OS.

Are you serious? There's a reason that PC Graphics Cards that use DDR3 RAM instead of GDDR5 RAM are cheap as shyt on newegg.com. Why don't you buy a 1 of those cheap graphics card that uses DDR3 RAM & see how that perform against a Midrange/High-end graphics card that uses GDDR5 RAM.
