The fanboy part of your mind is too small for any logical activity. I just said that tiled resources, microsofts implementation of Partially Resident Textures, also known as MegaTexturing, which was first developed by John carmack of I'd Software, was already implemented in OpenGL , and is not available on ps4 (while being called tiled resources)

But who gives a fukk. Partially resident textures are already Available as a part of OpenGL, and by extension, on AMD gpus with GCN. Which means the PS4 is capable.
Besides, the shyt is a advanced form of mipmapping, which has been available for over 10 years. Only xbots are in such a position that they have to find random gpu features that are available to EVERYBODY and try to say they have an advantage...when in fact everybody already fukked that ho.

You link goes into NOTHING about Tiled Resources. Its an idea that isn't realized on open GL, its a theory for them. Its not something comparable, its not something in use. There is no youtube videos showing you how this tech actually works. Show me the video breakdown of this, or you ain't doing nothing be showcasing how :umad:

Companies are PAID to lie. Epic games which created Gears and the Unreal engine lied about how the PS3 could easily handle Unreal engine.
Its in the video. The makers of Ghost Busters said that the PS3 could handle more objects on screen at once. That lie was created by sony, they said this before the ps3 came out. But when Ghostbusters came out, the xbox version was vastly superior and had more objects on screen at once :wow:

Sony said Virtua Fighter 5 which was a launch title for them, they had sega say the game couldn't be made with online because of lag/framerates/etc.
Then the nerds of this forum would break down how we are too stupid to understand, but Sega is right (that story is really about good ol Kodie the mod way back in 2005)
The next year, sega makes the game, and online only for Xbox 360.

So if you didn't realize how much these companies lie? They all lie at all times is basically the truth. The only ones who don't lie are the ones who don't have to. Think about that for a moment

I've heard from a reliable source that is a dev that won't say what gaming company he works with that there are some ps4 games that are being developed to work with 12 gb of ram. Stop the rumors. creditable source. If you can't tell me what game... what developer... and if that wasn't at e3 then I don't wanna hear it. I want you waitstation 4 people to double down on this 6gb and say how great it is. tha'ts like a titan. But if it turns out that its only 4.5gb like the article states you have admit you are disappointed.

It's no point in further debating with you. Tiled resources is a direct x version of partially resident textures, even the slides tell of features that are already implemented by amd. and that's all there is to it,
