the talking at the beginning of north star is one of the greatest things in hip hop ever, that accompanied by the singing (is that odb singing??)

I remember seeing the album cover and hearing about it, not actually hearing it from front to back, besides of course "Ice Cream". It was probably 3 or 4 years later that actually heard from front to back. Definitely a solid album. Lyrics and soundscape are .

Yes, there is an Instrumental version of the album. It dropped back in 2003, vinyl only.

High school y'all. The homie cory was hustling burned cassette copies of all that shyt from 94-95. Ninja owed me a favor and paid his debt with 2 cassette joints. Homie gave me copy of cuban linx and liquid swords. I played the shyt out of both copies, rewinding them bytches to the point the guts came out. Couldn't go to fry's (fyes) lol, I had no ride so I ran back to cory 2 more times for that cuban linx/liquid swords re-up. Same shyt, play it, rewind it all day playin' sega genesis til the guts popped out the tape player. Need that last hit that wu re-up, my dude was gone, his parents shipped him outta state
