I think the OP's only major mistake is speaking in absolutes. Yes, some 'good' women will leave a 'good' man with resources and break apart a family after one incidence of cheating; yes, there are women that will cheat for 100% physical reasons. Yet these exceptions don't disprove the genral rule. Mountains of research and data point to men and women choosing partners and straying for distinct reasons. A man's power and resources are positively correlated with his potential dating pool while a women's power and resources are negatively correlated with her dating pool size. Also, if we rate people's looks from 1-10 (impossible to do, but humor me), I strongly suspect that for every number higher a man and women are on the looks scale, the women's dating pool size will increase exponentially higher than the man's. Put all of this together and the OP's conclusions, though maybe uncomfortable, are not at as crazy as some seem to believe.

Which proves OP's point. And Tiger Wood's ex wife didn't have a public image to begin with (or so I don't think she did during at the time) because I didn't even know she was white or what she looked like. But she's an opportunist and a golddigger. After divorcing him and taking hundreds of millions of dollars from him, she went on to date a billionaire LOL.

I wouldn't say "good" man, but a man can cheat and still take care of business and hold things down in his family. He isn't loyal to his wife nor his children though and that's a fact.

I wasn't scared of my ex-wife, but I still didnt cheat, because i was still in that stage where i was scared of p*ssy.
The closest i come to cheatin now is jackin off when i got the crib to myself. I even pull my pants up fast like "you gotta go before my wife gets home"

If you still demonstrate commitment to them they will get over it eventually.

Cheating shouldn't be phrased as "good" under any context.
Sure you could get away with it, but you gave your partner your word and going back on your commitment makes you a lesser person.
