Didn't realize it was that cheap even though you are giving up a lot on monthly profits.

You need a jesus cert to sell chickenYou pretty much gotta be a super christian and they make you work there for a period of time.
Forever? Or how long?Thought about doing this, but you're required to essentially work there and can't just open it and hire a GM to run it for you.

Chick fil a is run by hardcore christians.
If you got a problem start your own chicken spot.
I heard they call your pastors, check your community involvement and everything. Funny enough i know a dude from college that works for their corporate offices that is gay. Good dude but i assume they dont trip too much just want to know if you are a person of good character or something idk.
I wonder how they work that into their HRM policy/recuitment practices....wouldn't hiring practice based on religion count as discrimination ??![]()

I was actually trying to look into that. Nothing worse than going into one of those spots and getting treated like crap while trying to order food. There's an American Deli in Decatur that's owned by some Asians that has like three layers of bullet proof glassYeah I wouldn't want to work their full time either. On another note I wonder how profitable those wings places(Dream Wings,American Deli, etc.) are that Asians set up in black neighborhoods?
We had a black own (I say had, since I haven't lived in Birmingham since 05 so I don't know if it is still open) chicken spot; Exotic Wings and Things. Had one on the East Side and off Green Springs. I wanna see more black owned wing spots out there.
But I'd personally stay away from a Chik Fil A franchise. It's a glorified managerial position. You technically don't own anything. You're basically a high paid Chik-Fil A employee.
