More skills = More income. If you are not trolling, I feel sorry for ya'll

You raise the salary to $22 an hour. Now what happened to the CNC Machinist or Accountant who has more skills who is making that same amount? Logic would say raise his salary too right?
Manufacturing and the Supply Chain are the backbone of the economy. Those salaries are in connection to the 5 stages of Supply Chain. The prices of commodities and services are agreed to before that job was even created. The value of a service performed in the Supply Chain directly correlates to salaries for workers. Manipulating prices because "people need a livable wage" causes inflation

Ya'll the same goofies who said the Stimulus, PPP Loans, and increased Unemployment payouts wouldn't cause Inflation and fukk up the Supply Chain. And look what's happening now

Capitalism has been alive and well for 500+ years, and we are still having these type of conversations. Kind of embarrassing

You would have made a great overseer.

Getting daps and clout is more important than learning Economics. I learned a long time ago that I can't save everyone :manny:

McDonald’s can pay what ever the fukk they please. For a high school job that ain’t bad.
I think you're making a ridiculous argument that working at a restaurant is a "high school job"

Once people can label something as a "high school job" and use that as some basis to pay people less, that's ...at best manipulation. At its worst, it's propaganda.

You’re basically repeating points I’ve heard countless times. Why don’t you try thinking for yourself for once?

Start with looking at average productivity gains vs pay in America since 1980s.

You don't want to be saved, and it's ok

I've made peace with it :manny:

Yeah I'd like a counter argument to this.

high school job cause all it requires is a high school diploma to work at. What kind of skills do you think you need to work at McDonald’s and flip a burger and use a mop?

Oh my goodness, my friend.

Education =/= More Skills

A McDonald's Frycook and a LPN or Pipe Welder both only require a HS Diploma

Would you say both jobs have require the same level of Job skills? :jbhmm:

I think before I address your questions, you should answer @Robbie3000 earlier:
