Been in a nasty accident and gained a shyt load of weight. Luckily I'm on the road to recovery by riding a bike because I'm legit :flabbynsick:

Having damn good friends to keep you on track helps out with getting in shape.

And I still almost convinced myself i was too ill to go to the gym.

And you can have ice cream/burgers, just have to learn to incorporate them into your daily calories.

Moderation is the word not restriction. Restriction causes eating disorders IMO
