Nah breh see this is where cats get it confused at.

People cut out pop,sweets,burgers,etc,because they think it's gonna make me fat.

Nobody gets fat off a burger a day

Nobody gets fat off a few cookies a day

Nobody gets fat off a glass of pop.

You get fat/unwanted calories when you don't control it,when you eating McDonald's for breakfast lunch and dinner and having Dairy Queen as a snack then you asking for problems.

You could eat a burger a day and still be ripped/in shape.

It's all about portion control.

If you get a large pizza,that has 10 slices,don't eat all 10 in one sitting,eat 2 slices,then eat another 2 tommorow,etc

You are 100% correct but this is where it gets confusing for people. So many theories and for the average person just trying to start somewhere its :mindblown:

Obviously it doesn't trump any and everything..... but barring some insecurity BS I'm pretty sure most women would rather have a dude in shape than not

Yeah, but to a lot of women, "in shape" could just mean "not too :flabbynsick:"

Unlike the narrative that's pushed in places like The Coli, Reddit, Misc, and Men's Fitness, they don't give a shyt about your vascularity, body fat percentage, or how wide your v-taper is.

U gotta admit though, it is easier to keep a little layer of dough on. Def have to be pretty diligent to stay ripped

But yea it's all about moderation and really just being conscious of what goes in your body and what is going on with your body. If u wake up one day, hop on the scale and weigh like 40lb more than you remember weighing before.......... :francis:

Oh yea,but you'll notice a big difference from eating fast food once or twice a week and keeping the rest of the food clean versus eating fast food all the time.

Exactly,I just never understand how people get fat,like if I were getting big once I notice a little pudge I'm getting a gym membership asap.

I agree with this, but as far as legit being in shape... Im kinda pass that. I'm not trying to pull some woman that need a body builder or gymnast or be with some woman that needs a ripped dude that's juicing 24/7

And I'm find with pudge both on myself and any woman I'm with. I enjoy going to the gym and working out though.


Now being fat is another thing, I'm not about that. because like you said that can be avoided with just a little bit of discipline and its also a clear sign of being unhealthy.

I mean nobody is saying be in tip top shape and 200 pounds 8% bodyfat,just at least lift a little weights,eat healthier and run a few miles a week and that's better than 95% of guys out here.

If your just starting out I would never have someone go from eating dirty to eating 100% clean,that's not gonna work,I would slowly guide you into the right direction. But I would also inform you that eating clean and bussin yo ass is the only way you gonna see the results I'm trying to give you,so if you don't seem em understand its you,not me

Try this theory, if you're overweight, you're consuming too much on a regular basis

If you ONLY eat when you're hungry, and STOP eating once hunger goes away (stop eating until you're stuffed or the plate is clean!!) , & you're eating nutritious foods, you will lose weight like nothing and won't have to spend a day in the gym

That's fine as an over arching strategy but doesn't help people with an action plan.

If they are overweight they have likely lost the sense of what hungry is.

What is nutritious? That's rhetorical but that's an open ended definition.

I'm just giving a person at the beginning of fitness some type of guidelines. You hit a newbie with macros & calorie intake and TDEE they're gonna give up most of the time. So using my tips they can atleast get into the habit of being more conscious with their food choices while not being bombarded with a college class worth of information on weight loss

And nutritious by definition is food that's efficient & Nourishing

Some lean chicken on top of a salad? nutritious :yeshrug:

Some chicken on top of your extra cheese pizza? Not nutritious

Avoid excessive amounts of fats & carbs

Buy more veggies than processed food at the grocery store

Nutritious food is a grey area but any person with a hint of intelligence know that the twinkles in aisle 3 aren't nutritious while the spinach in produce, is
