Nah breh see this is where cats get it confused at.
People cut out pop,sweets,burgers,etc,because they think it's gonna make me fat.
Nobody gets fat off a burger a day
Nobody gets fat off a few cookies a day
Nobody gets fat off a glass of pop.
You get fat/unwanted calories when you don't control it,when you eating McDonald's for breakfast lunch and dinner and having Dairy Queen as a snack then you asking for problems.
You could eat a burger a day and still be ripped/in shape.
It's all about portion control.
If you get a large pizza,that has 10 slices,don't eat all 10 in one sitting,eat 2 slices,then eat another 2 tommorow,etc
You are 100% correct but this is where it gets confusing for people. So many theories and for the average person just trying to start somewhere its
