Lol if you follow his snap, he still actively working out a few times a week.He was most likely eating shytty food and had so much time on his hand why not work out? He just lost weight though, he isn't muscular or anything.

if i saw myself start getting fat, or bytches starting flocking away, i might hit the gym AND diet
but for now... i eat what i want like i have all my life... and i can still get in the gm and run a few miles every so often

You get fat/unwanted calories when you don't control it,when you eating McDonald's for breakfast lunch and dinner and having Dairy Queen as a snack then you asking for problems.
You could eat a burger a day and still be ripped/in shape.
It's all about portion control.
If you get a large pizza,that has 10 slices,don't eat all 10 in one sitting,eat 2 slices,then eat another 2 tommorow,etc

Restriction as a eating strategy is undefeated.And you can have ice cream/burgers, just have to learn to incorporate them into your daily calories.
Moderation is the word not restriction. Restriction causes eating disorders IMO
