Women don't care about men being in shape as much as The Coli thinks they do. :manny:

Obviously it doesn't trump any and everything..... but barring some insecurity BS I'm pretty sure most women would rather have a dude in shape than not

i'm not sloppy or fat... got a little gut but i'm still slim... 5'11 190 pounds



if i saw myself start getting fat, or bytches starting flocking away, i might hit the gym AND diet



but for now... i eat what i want like i have all my life... and i can still get in the gm and run a few miles every so often

I use to want to be cut up now I just want to be healthy.

Having some flab and being able to get a pizza or wings when I want and being healthy >>>>>being ripped to appeal to other peoples eye's.

Nah breh see this is where cats get it confused at.

People cut out pop,sweets,burgers,etc,because they think it's gonna make me fat.

Nobody gets fat off a burger a day

Nobody gets fat off a few cookies a day

Nobody gets fat off a glass of pop.

You get fat/unwanted calories when you don't control it,when you eating McDonald's for breakfast lunch and dinner and having Dairy Queen as a snack then you asking for problems.

You could eat a burger a day and still be ripped/in shape.

It's all about portion control.

If you get a large pizza,that has 10 slices,don't eat all 10 in one sitting,eat 2 slices,then eat another 2 tommorow,etc

U gotta admit though, it is easier to keep a little layer of dough on. Def have to be pretty diligent to stay ripped

But yea it's all about moderation and really just being conscious of what goes in your body and what is going on with your body. If u wake up one day, hop on the scale and weigh like 40lb more than you remember weighing before.......... :francis:

I agree with this, but as far as legit being in shape... Im kinda pass that. I'm not trying to pull some woman that need a body builder or gymnast or be with some woman that needs a ripped dude that's juicing 24/7

And I'm find with pudge both on myself and any woman I'm with. I enjoy going to the gym and working out though.


Now being fat is another thing, I'm not about that. because like you said that can be avoided with just a little bit of discipline and its also a clear sign of being unhealthy.
