But you know what tickles me more than anything we've discussed? Is them overweight people who say they don't wanna lift and get even bigger from lifting they just wanna do cardio until they cut down and then they'll lift
Like no lift now to gain muscle and eat at a deficit so by the time you cut down you'll look somewhat decent or maybe even good.
If you just do a bunch of cardio and still go home and eat like shyt,the fukk is that gonna do?

). Stay away from high fat sauces and dressings. Etc. There's a lot of real simple no debate stuff a lot of people can do. You tell someone to eat nutritious.... OK, they go get a salad, but then douse it in ranch dressing. People need simple easy rules; they can't be left to try and figure shyt out.
