I gave vague advice because that's what worked for me. Eat less, avoid garbage foods, eat until satiated & not stuffed. :yeshrug:

I have an ideal body shape i would like to achieve. I'm good on all the extra drinks besides water. Mt problem is just eating too much and not exercising enough
How much time do you have to go to the gym regularly and consistently? And what do you eat during the average weekday/weekend?

I pretty much have every morning M-F free, and the whole of Sundays really. During the week i eat whatever my mom cooked :ld:
Sounds like you just need to get off your ass then....

As far as a program I would probably go with Starting Strength for a couple of months... then move to PHAT (Google both)

For diet ground zero will be learning how to count calories.... get MyFitnessPal or some other calorie counting app and learn that skill. Then you can figure out your maintenance calories (the # of calories you need to stay at a certain weight) and figure out what to do from there.

I used to be real fat. I used to be super lean. There's a happy medium guys. You don't have to be in the gym two or three hours a day to see improvements. Right now I'm seeing great results with high reps low weight in under a hour. It's effort. If I can stay in shape with two surgically repaired knees, anyone can.

It's not Think of it as a tool to hit your protein macros at a low calorie cost. If you are hitting them without it, skip it.

It's easier and cheaper than cooking meat. I have a pretty big shake daily. Don't buy bullshyt though. Lot of that cheap GNC shyt is garbage. Flavored sawdust. Go cop that TrueNutrition.com shyt. Their shyt is lab certified

Not saying all your protein should come from whey... but I have been getting about half of mine from it for years. No complaints

He'll have a hurdle to jump through when being shirtless around his girl if he has that type of insecurity. But otherwise, its no contest. Even with all that extra skin, its a night and day different compared to how he use to look.



I'd gladly take that shape, extra skin and all.
