Even Funkmaster Flex admits that Biggie was the one who basically got the Dogg Pound shot at via Hot 97. That's what really made it unsafe for people.

Suge & Jake were the only ones from Death Row at the party but Puffy was deep. Wolf shot Jake outside while Puff & Suge were outside arguing.
